What is new in season 2018?

It would be nice to hear about all the new things in Gudauri ski area in season 2018. 

New lifts? Actually when did you opened top lift last winter? In beginning of Feb. it was still closed.

New hotels? Bars? Rules in slopes Rules in off piste skiing? ...

Top lift depends on the weather and snow theese days.

10 december 2016. The snow condition allowed to do this one week ahead of schedule.
