Hello,
Does anyone know if there is snow in Gudauri yet?

Does anyone know the new skipass price for season 2008/2009?

Any ideas of cheap hotels/apartments for the end of december?..Is anything available for under 100 USD?

/The Swede

Hi!

1) Snowing started today and expected in the next 2 days , in any case sking allways been possible by the end of december.

2) daily skipass price is 25gel , current rate 1 GEL = 0.47 EUR

3) Hotels for New Year usually are all full , but you can check following numbers, may have language problem though.

Vikings all over the world are welcome in Gudauri! ;)

It should be by any means, there was no information/notification about changes introduced in the skipass price range.

Sometimes when we don't get something we want is an extraordinary stroke of luck.

i Santa Papa,

I also applicate you hotel list. However, is there any youth hostel (backpacker) type places to stay avalible? Hostels are of course cheaper, but also generally a more fun way to meet people. Do they exist or are only Hotels and Apartments avalible?

Hmmm,... I live in Baku at the moment and my Russian is getting better, but it is still pretty basic. Especially over the phone is difficult for me. I will get one of my Azeri friends to call for me next time and they can ask in Russian. Any tips on numbers for these cheaper places? If it is a secret you could PM me?

Thanks,
David

The Swede, Tjena, I guess I'm, late, but all hotels except Sport Hotel Gudauri (Marco Polo) are under 100 USD (if u count for 1 person) those which are over 100 USD are intended for 2 persons, thus, in any case it's below 100 per person.
Hej da
