Cancellation of the reservation for accommodation during the New Year holidays, the refund of the prepaid payment to the client is not carried out. Cancellation of the reservation for accommodation on other dates is made according to the following rules: cancellation more than 30 days before arrival - refund of 100% of the prepaid payment (minus the bank commission), or, at the request of the client, the reservation is transferred to other dates available for booking. Less than 30 days before arrival, the prepaid payment is not refunded to the client, or, at the request of the client, the reservation is transferred to other dates available for booking.
