Location: Only 50 meters is the distance you have to go from apartment to the Gondola lift.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a new home New Gudauri l.

Rooms: The apartment is designed for 2-4 people. On the the second floor you will find double bed, on the first floor sofa which transformed and allows additionally accommodate 2 guests, as it is comfortable to watch the TV, or drink wine.

Service: A restaurant with Georgian and European cuisine is located on the ground floor of the building; it is rightly considered one of the best in Gudauri. Near the building there is free parking.

In the neighboring building is a swimming pool, spa complex and gym. Also within walking distance you will find shops, supermarkets, bars, cafes, restaurants, children's ski slopes for training and playgrounds.

Equipment: One WC with shower. Constantly hot water and heating, hairdryer, safe in the ski depot. WI-FI. Linens and towels are included in the price.

Full kitchen, allow to cook breakfast and dinner: tea, cooking stove, refrigerator, cutlery, crockery.
