Location: Our house name is Apart Hotel New Gudauri II. It is located close to the Gondola lift. From out of our house to the Gondola lift is 100 meters, so you will have true ski-out place) The apartment is on the 4th floor with amazing mountain view. In nearby you can find cafes and restorants, ski-rental points, public parking, karaoke bar)

Equipment: Our flat with mountain view have 2 floors and 3 rooms.
On the first floor is the big space for comfortable entering, bathroom with bath and washing machine, big room-studio with fully equipment kitchen, big table for big company, wooden fireplace, Hi-Fi Stereo system, TV 46" with Smart TV and sofa bad with double sleeping space 160x200 cm, 2 pillows and 2 blankets 150x200 . 2 big cupboards and 2 racks also on 1st floor for your stuff.
On the 2nd floor are 2 bedrooms each with private bathrooms and dormers. In 1st bedroom is double high-quality latex mattress 160x200, 2 pillows and one big blanket 200x200. In 2nd bedroom are 2 single high-quality latex mattresses 90x200, 2 pillows and 2 blankets 150x200. In every bedrooms is rack for your stuff.
All bedclothes and towels are include (for 6 persons).
Free Wi-Fi.

Services: On the -1 floor of our apart-hotel is SPA zone with a big swimming pool, sauna and GYM. SPA zone open in winter ski period - mostly from middle of December till end of April. You can check info by request. Use for a fee

Deposit: The apartment is booked by paying 20% of the total. Deposits are not refundable if cancelation made later than 30 days prior to arrival.
