Location: “Burdjanadze” apartment house is located at a convenient spot with ski-in/ski-out available: easy access to first chairlift track on ski-out and ski-in from second chair-lift track.
Available in the apartment house: restaurant, security, ski-depot, parking (behind the building). Oposite the house you’ll find sauna available, while a 5-minute walk will take you to the most mountainous baths “Tsar Baths”.
The house is relatively close to the supermarket. Apart from that, in case you need to refresh your clothing, there’s laundry service available in the building.
The apartment is located on second floor. It is sunny and cosy. We will be happy to welcome you anytime!
Equipment: Studio apartment is located on the sunny side of the building. The view from the apartment gives your possibility to assess weather conditions before leaving the apartment to hit the slopes.
The facilities of the apartment include: two-storied bed, folding sofa for two, folding armchair for one, spacious fridge, electric range, electric kettle, sandwich-maker, various cabinet/storage rooms, electric water heater in the bathroom, hairdryer.

Prices for season 2018-2019: If booked by less than 4 persons, discounts may be available depending on the number of persons, dates and duration of stay!

Deposit: Booking is confirmed upon prepayment of 15% of stay total price. The prepayment is non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the first night of the stay.
