Gudauri Hut Team raises the bar to 3300m

Hotel Gudauri Hut together with its partners Explore Georgia ( www.exploregeorgia.com) and EventsGeorgia (www.events.ge) again ventured out into the heights of Gudauri to make the most of the early season this year. This time ski-tours were dumped in favour of Nikusha's Nissan 4x4 (Explore Georgia) which took us up to 3300m above sea level, the point where the brand new 5th chairlift will soon be making its stop. The work on the new chairlift is continuing at full pace notwithstanding the big snow and low temperatures.
The ride down was heavenly! 1300m vertical drop along fresh waist-deep powder, the sun, the views and not a person in-sight! Enjoy the photos!!!
