one room apartment located on the 3rd floor 150m from the ski lift. Shops, restaurants and ski-rent facilities are 5-10 minutes walking from the apartment. It is 3 persons apartment.

Equipment: Fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, TV, Hairdryer, Ski and ski boot storage, security and free car parking place. In addition we provide bad sheets and towels.

Discounts: Minimum rental period is 4 days. 10% discount for bookings of 10 days or more.

Deposit: For booking 20% of total amount is required. Cancelation is free 10 days before arrival date (the full amount will be transferred back).

Additional information: Check out time 12:00, Check in 16:00. Transfer from the Tbilisi airports can be organized for extra price.
