SkiRetreat Apartment (studio 4 pers.)

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. It features an elevator, 24-hour security, private ski lockers, and parking. Central heating and hot and cold water are available year-round.

Location: The New Gudauri Block 2 Aparthotel (REDCO) is located at an altitude of over 2,200 meters above sea level in a prestigious location in Gudauri. The new gondola lift is just a 2-minute walk away. The ground floor of the hotel features an excellent restaurant serving Georgian and European cuisine. A tubing run for children and adults is located near the building. For those just starting to ski, a T-bar lift with a dedicated run is located 100 meters away, and next to the lift are two ski escalators for children. The surrounding area offers numerous cafes, a pizzeria, a winehouse, equipment rentals, an instructor school, and helyskiing. A night cable car operates on weekends. The hotel also features a restaurant, bar, and spa (sauna, pool, jacuzzi, massage, and exercise equipment).

Equipment: This comfortable, fully furnished one-bedroom apartment (33 sq. m) features a balcony with stunning views of the mountains and courtyard. It sleeps four and includes a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a fold-out sofa (150 x 200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an LCD TV, a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, electric kettle, refrigerator, stove, and microwave), and Wi-Fi.

Services: Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Final cleaning is included in the price.

Transfer: I can arrange a pickup in Tbilisi and delivery to Gudauri for an additional fee. One-way, 1-4 people - 90 USD.

Deposit: You can reserve the apartment by paying 50% of the total amount (Golden Crown, Western Union). The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation later than 30 days before arrival. (Non-refundable rate from December 25 to January 14.)
