The New Gudauri ski village is Georgia’s largest and most modern resort, boasting well-developed infrastructure. Eight chairlifts and four gondolas provide access to both on-piste and off-piste skiing. During the summer season, the area is a hub for outdoor activities, including hiking, rock climbing, and sightseeing tours.

Location: The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the Loft 1 apart-hotel. Amenities include a cozy lobby, concierge service, security, ski storage, underground parking, and an elevator. A 1–2 minute walk brings you to the new gondola lift, which will whisk you up to the slopes in comfort and warmth.
Nearby, you’ll find equipment rentals, small magic-carpet lifts for children, a training slope, a T-bar lift for beginners, and a tubing area—perfect for enjoying snow-tubing with little ones.
Across the way, in buildings II and V, there is a spa complete with a swimming pool and a gym. Building V also houses a casino, offering an extra dose of adrenaline—not just on the slopes during the day, but in the evenings as well!
Within our own building, there is an excellent supermarket, along with several cafés and restaurants serving both Georgian and European cuisine.
The apart-hotel is situated 115 km from the center of Tbilisi, 145 km from Tbilisi Airport, and 80 km from Vladikavkaz.

Service: There are two ski storage areas located within the building, available to guests free of charge. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A final cleaning fee of 135 GEL is not included in the price.

Equipment: This cozy and warm apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay for a group or family of 2–4 people: a fully equipped kitchen, a large refrigerator, a microwave, a washing machine, a TV with Smart TV features, free Wi-Fi, a balcony with a glass railing, an iron, an ironing board, a drying rack, a hairdryer, and board games.

Transfer: Upon request, I can recommend drivers for trips from Vladikavkaz or Tbilisi to Gudauri and back.

Discounts: We offer a 10% discount for stays of at least 10 nights at any time of year, except for the period from December 25 to January 10.

Deposit: You can reserve an apartment by paying 30% of the total amount. The deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date. For Russian citizens, the prepayment can be made via a bank transfer to a Sberbank or VTB card. The remaining balance for the accommodation is to be paid on-site, after check-in, via a bank transfer in rubles to a Sberbank or VTB card.
