Location: Our cottage is located in the center of Gudauri, 100 m down from the Nikora supermarket and 400 m from the 1st ski lift.

Rooms: The cottage has a large lounge with a kitchen, ski depot, two 3-bed rooms, five 2-bed rooms, 5 bathrooms.

Prices for season 2022-2023: 

Deposit: Prepayment is 30%. The deposit is non-refundable for reservations made later than 60 days prior to arrival.

Additional information: Check-in rules:
- Check-in is from 15:00, check-out time is till 11:00 Tbilisi time.
- Early check-in / late check-out for an additional fee, subject to availability.
- Deposit: passport (ID) or a sum of $ 500 (returning before check-out).
- In case of unplanned departure, payment for the cottage is not refundable.
