Be careful when you travel in cable car

We travelled in cable car(closed one) with my family. The car stopped suddenly in the middle. Its not moved. I called them to rescue us. They said no electricity in guduari & rescue will start soon. But they have waited for electricity to come back. Almost 1 hr 15 min we were in cable around 4:30 to 6:00 PM. They didnt use generator to restart the cable cars. My kids started to cry. I called 10 times to them. Finally they started the car & rescue us around 6 PM. Very very bad experiecne
