Season 08/09 - is everything ok?

Gomarjobar friends,

I would like to get some info from those of you which are closer to the mountain. Before I plan my vacations I want to know will Gudauri function season 2008/09, is everything ok with electricity supply, etc. Last happenings in Georgia make some doubts and uncertainty, You know... Actually many Gudauri fans in Latvia is waiting for some info.

Marcis, at the moment Georgia is not experiencing any problems with electricity, gas, etc. We are ok here, just as we were before the August war. We cannot predict how the things would be going in the future, but still we strongly believe nothing major will happen and the 2008-2009 season will go the way 2007-2008 did.

no worries man! sometimes vodka can substitute needs for gas & electricity :D even more extreme skiing next day !!!
