It's snowing hard in Gudauri Region: "Sudden heavy snow in September has blocked movement towards the borderline region of Georgia, Kazbegi. Police stop vehicles driving towards the mountainous region due to the bad weather. Heavy snow has caused total blackout in the region." The Georgian Times
